A. Free shipping applies to all US orders over $99 using UPS ground or USPS to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Military FPO/APO's. Once you have more than $99 in your shopping cart, click Checkout and under shipping options, select Free Ground Shipping (over $99) from the shipping method box.*Orders over 20lbs are subject to additional charges.
Q. Can I order by phone or fax?
A. Yes, you can place your order by calling 800.864.0093. We have live operators standing by Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 central time. You can also request a call back using our live chat feature.
Q. Do you take personal checks?
A. At this time, we do not accept personal checks. If you would like to place a mail order, we do accept cashier's checks and money orders.

Q. How secure is your ordering system?
A. Americasnutrition.com uses technology called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to encrypt any personal information you transmit to us online. The information is encrypted on your computer and decoded after it reaches the Yahoo! secure server. This information cannot be decrypted during transit. We also use Hacker Safe to test the vulnerability of our network daily. This keeps your personal data safe once it is on our computers. Additionally, all customer credit card numbers are automatically deleted from our servers after 30 days.
Q. Will my name be added to third party email lists?
A. No, we never share our customer�s email addresses with any third parties.
Q. Can shipping costs be negotiated?
A. In the case of large orders with shipping costs exceeding $25.00, we can provide a custom quote to ship your large order.
Q. Will my order make it through customs in my country?
A. Because AmericasNutrition.com ships all over the world, we cannot possibly become experts on every country�s customs rules and regulations. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country. If you place an order and the package is refused by customs, it is customary for you to receive a letter by mail informing you that the package was returned to us. If we receive the goods back we will notify you immediately by email and issue a refund back to your credit card.
Q. Do you accept returns and if so, how do I return my order?
A. We accept returns of unopened sealed products within 30 days of purchase. All fitness gear products must have original tags still attached and the products must be in resalable condition. All shipping charges on refunds will be your responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Q. What if one of the items in my order is discontinued.
A. If your only item is discontinued we will refund your credit card in full and cancel your order. If you have ordered multiple items and one item is discontinued, we will refund your credit card for the discontinued item and ship your remaining items. |
